Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and ZECX Digital LLC, operating ZECX. They are written in plain language and describe how the site actually behaves today. Last updated 4 October 2026.

1. What this site is

ZECX.fun is software that lets you create and trade community tokens on Solana. It is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, a bank or an investment service. It gives no advice and makes no recommendation about any token, including any token it hosts.

Everything available to you today is on the Solana test network. Tokens there have no monetary value. Creating or trading launches on the live Solana network is switched off and the server refuses it, as are public ZEC funding and gas top-up. The platform's own live treasury account and the owner's own ZEC withdrawal pilot are the only live-network operations, and neither is open to customers.

2. Who can use ZECX

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not use the site where doing so is unlawful for you, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for checking the rules where you live.
  • You use the site on your own behalf, not as an agent for someone you are hiding.

3. You keep custody, and you sign

We never hold, move or control your funds, and we never have your seed phrase or private keys. Every transaction is one you approve in your own wallet, and you pay its network cost. A transaction you approve is final: nobody, including us, can reverse it.

4. What you are responsible for

  • Keeping your wallet and its recovery phrase safe. We cannot restore either.
  • Checking what you are trading, including the exact mint address. Names and tickers are not unique and can be copied.
  • Content you publish — a launch, its name, image, links, your comments and reactions.
  • Whether using this site is lawful where you are, and your own tax position. We do not assess either.

5. What is not allowed

  • Impersonating a person, project or brand, including implying an official connection to Zcash, Solana or this platform.
  • Illegal content, or content that harasses or endangers people.
  • Attacking the site: forged submissions, automated abuse of the rate limits, or attempts to reach other people's private data.
  • Presenting a token here as an investment, a security or a guaranteed return.

Content that breaks these rules can be hidden and a launch can be removed from public listings. The underlying blockchain records cannot be removed by anyone.

6. Fees

  • Three separate costs apply to a trade and none of them is us rounding up: the network's own transaction cost, the trading fee taken by the pool you trade against, and our platform share of that trading fee.
  • You pay every network cost yourself, from your own wallet, because you sign every transaction yourself. We never take a fee from your wallet without a transaction you approved.
  • Our share is taken out of the pool's trading fee, in the asset the pool pays it in. It is claimed afterwards and is visible in our own public revenue records.
  • The fees page reads the live configuration. If a figure there differs from a figure written in prose anywhere else, the fees page is the one the software uses.
  • Outside providers involved in moving ZEC charge their own fees, and their charge is theirs, not ours. Where a provider's fee is deducted from an amount you are owed, that is stated on the amount, not hidden in it.
  • Fees can change. A change never reaches back: a trade is always judged by the rules recorded with it.

Every figure is itemised on the fees page, read from the live configuration.

7. Staking rewards

  • Staking rewards are a share of what the platform has actually received — never a fixed rate, an advertised yield or a guaranteed return.
  • Your share is the amount you staked multiplied by the time you held it while eligible, divided by the same figure for everyone staking. Nothing is shared for a period in which nothing was received.
  • There is no minimum amount, no size tier and no maximum balance. Any amount above zero can be staked.
  • Asking to withdraw stops that amount earning from the moment you ask, and releases it 48 hours later. Rewards you have already earned stay yours, and the rest of your position is unaffected.
  • Nothing can be staked, earned or withdrawn today: the remaining reward settings are undecided and the site refuses every staking submission.

8. Creator purchases and their release schedule

  • A creator may choose to redirect their own fee earnings into buying their own token. It is voluntary, and it applies only to those purchases.
  • A purchase made that way vests linearly over 180 days from the moment it is funded. Nothing is released at the moment of purchase and there is no earlier unlock.
  • The schedule applies only to these purchases. It does not apply to a Battle reward, to graduation liquidity or to anything a creator bought with their own money.
  • The purchase and its release schedule are switched off today, so no purchase is made and no lock exists.

9. Battles

  • A Battle is a comparison of how tokens actually performed in the market over a round. Entry is by that performance, and we never quietly select a token.
  • Battle rewards are funded from fees, not from customers' balances and not from an entry payment.
  • A round's reward buys the winning token itself — it is a purchase of the token, not a cash prize to its creator and not a grant of tokens to its creator.
  • Nothing about a Battle is a competition with a promised prize: Battle rewards are switched off today, nothing is funded, and entering earns you nothing.
  • When rewards are switched on, two-fifths of a round's funding is shared equally between the entered tokens and three-fifths goes to the winner. Every token bought this way is burned — permanently removed from supply — and nobody receives it.
  • A Battle outcome is not a judgement about a token's quality and is not a recommendation to buy it.

10. Referrals have been withdrawn

Referrals have been withdrawn. Invite links do nothing, no introduction is recorded, and nothing can be earned from them.

Records already written, and anything already owed before the programme was withdrawn, are kept and remain payable. Nothing new can be created.

11. Public trading and shielded ZEC are different things

  • Trading here happens on Solana, in public. Your launches, trades, holdings and the wallet address beside them are visible to everyone, permanently, and we cannot make them private.
  • Shielded ZEC is a different thing from trading. It concerns how ZEC enters and leaves, and never makes a Solana trade private.
  • Shielded ZEC entry and exit is being built and is switched off. We do not offer shielded trading, and we do not claim that any amount, address or trade here is hidden.
  • Where a ZEC payout is transparent, it is transparent. Shielding afterwards is something you may do with your own wallet, and we say so plainly rather than implying we did it for you.
  • An outside provider involved in moving ZEC necessarily sees the addresses in your request. That is not something we can shield away.

12. What we do not promise

  • That the site is always available. It can be paused, and parts of it are deliberately switched off.
  • That any token has, keeps or gains value. Most community tokens lose most of their value.
  • That a launch will graduate, that a pool will have liquidity, or that you will be able to sell.
  • A support response time. We do not publish one because nobody is on a rota to meet it.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from trading tokens, from network conditions, from outside providers, or from your own approvals.

13. Following and automatic copying

Following a wallet only shows you what it already did. Automatic copying of another wallet's trades is switched off: nothing is ever placed for you. If it is switched on later, it will only act within limits you approve in your own wallet, and you will be able to stop it at any time.

14. Records and moderation

Records of trades, claims and moderation are kept because they are the evidence of what happened. Reports go to a queue with an audit trail; hiding content keeps the record. What we publish about you is described on the privacy page.

15. Changes

These terms and the site's behaviour can change. Material changes will be posted to What's new.

16. Risks you are accepting

  • Community tokens are extremely risky. Most lose most of their value, and many become impossible to sell at any price.
  • Nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy any token, including any token we host.
  • There is no guaranteed return anywhere on this site. No rate is promised, no yield is promised, and no rewards are promised where none have been funded.
  • A transaction you approve is final. Nobody, including us, can reverse it, refund it or recover funds sent to the wrong place.
  • A launch may never graduate, a pool may have no liquidity, and a price shown may not be a price you can actually trade at.
  • We can be unavailable, and parts of the site are deliberately switched off. Where something is switched off, we say so rather than letting you attempt it.
  • You are responsible for whether using this site is lawful where you are, and for your own tax position. We assess neither.

17. Who operates ZECX

ZECX is operated by ZECX Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (State Entity ID 2026-002096232). A registered postal address, governing law and dispute forum have not yet been confirmed. Support, complaints and incident contact: support@zecx.fun. Nothing on this site claims a licence, regulatory status or legal approval.

18. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for the value of any token, for losses from trading, for network or outside-provider failures, or for transactions you approved. Where we are liable, it is only for losses that were reasonably foreseeable.

19. Suspension and ending access

You can stop using the site at any time; your tokens stay in your own wallet. We may hide content, remove a launch from listings or refuse access for a breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal requirement. We cannot take tokens from your wallet.

20. Complaints

Email support@zecx.fun with "Complaint" in the subject, the wallet address involved and any transaction signature. See Support for what to include. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys.

21. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and dispute forum for these terms have not yet been confirmed. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory right to bring a claim where you live and any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

These terms do not claim any licence, regulatory status or approval.
