Privacy
What we store, what is public and the choices available to you.
What we store
- Your wallet address, and an account created from it when you sign in by signing a message. No email address and no password are involved.
- Launches you create, and the name, ticker, description, links and image you supply.
- Trades, holdings, fee claims and funding requests, recorded from transactions we re-read on the network ourselves.
- Comments, reactions, follows, watchlists and reports you make.
- Operational records: health checks, moderation actions and recovery attempts.
We do not ask for your name, your address or your date of birth. We never hold a seed phrase, a private key or a wallet password, and we will never ask for one.
What is public
Launches, trades, holdings by wallet, comments, reactions and leaderboard positions are visible to everyone. Your wallet address appears alongside them. Anyone who knows your wallet address can therefore see your public activity here.
What stays private to your account
Some things are readable only when you are signed in as the account they belong to, and the database refuses them to anyone else: what you spent to reach a holding, the account identifier behind a comment or reaction, your funding and withdrawal requests, your reports, and your own trade record. Hidden content stays out of public reads entirely.
What a blockchain makes permanent
Every transaction you approve is on a public blockchain, permanently, whether or not this site exists. We cannot delete it, hide it or make it private. Anyone can read it with your wallet address and a block explorer.
Because of that, deleting something here does not delete the underlying transaction. We can remove what we wrote down; we cannot remove what the network wrote down.
Public trading and shielded ZEC are different things
- Trading here happens on Solana, in public. Your launches, trades, holdings and the wallet address beside them are visible to everyone, permanently, and we cannot make them private.
- Shielded ZEC is a different thing from trading. It concerns how ZEC enters and leaves, and never makes a Solana trade private.
- Shielded ZEC entry and exit is being built and is switched off. We do not offer shielded trading, and we do not claim that any amount, address or trade here is hidden.
- Where a ZEC payout is transparent, it is transparent. Shielding afterwards is something you may do with your own wallet, and we say so plainly rather than implying we did it for you.
- An outside provider involved in moving ZEC necessarily sees the addresses in your request. That is not something we can shield away.
Who controls your data
ZECX is operated by ZECX Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (State Entity ID 2026-002096232). A registered postal address, governing law and dispute forum have not yet been confirmed. Support, complaints and incident contact: support@zecx.fun. Nothing on this site claims a licence, regulatory status or legal approval.
Email addresses for launch notifications
If you join the launch notification list on the coming-soon page, we store your email address and the time you joined, only to tell you when ZECX goes live. It is never shown publicly, sold or used for advertising. Ask us to remove it at any time at support@zecx.fun. Emails you send to support are kept to answer you and to handle any complaint.
Why we use it (legal bases)
- To provide the service you ask for (contract): signing in with your wallet, recording your launches, trades, follows and requests.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the site secure, preventing abuse, moderation, and keeping accurate records of what happened.
- Consent: the launch notification list. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose a record.
Who else is involved
- Our hosting and database providers, which store and serve the site's records.
- Solana network providers, which receive the public transactions your wallet submits and the wallet addresses we look up.
- For native ZEC funding, the outside bridge and swap provider, which necessarily sees the addresses and amounts in your request.
Some of these providers operate outside the UK. Where your data leaves the UK, we rely on the provider's standard contractual protections. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Notification-list emails: until we have announced the launch, or until you ask.
- Comments and reactions: until you remove them or they are moderated.
- Transaction, claim, funding and moderation records: for as long as the service runs and any legal claim could arise, because they are the evidence of what happened.
- Support emails: as long as needed to resolve your request or complaint.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Email support@zecx.fun. We cannot delete what is written on a public blockchain. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). You must be 18 or over to use ZECX.
